Phase III is the design, bidding, and construction of the sewer collection system to service the Lakes and Ponds area. The figure below shows the sewer study area as approved at the Annual Town Meeting on May 8th, 2023 and then expanded by vote at the Special Town Meeting on October 16th, 2023. This project is currently in the preliminary design phase.
