2026-2027 Family Shellfish Permits will be on sale both online and in person at the DPW starting Monday, March 23rd.

The Sticker Office is closed for the season. All Stickers (Beach, OSV, Transfer) and Family Shellfish Permits may be purchased online by visiting the online sales portal here or in person at the DPW, 40 Giddiah Hill Road, Monday - Friday, 9a - 1p. 

2025 stickers will expire June 30, 2026.

Online and Mail-In Processing Order Information

Online and mail-in orders for stickers are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. For online orders you will receive two notifications; the first will indicate that your order has been received and the second will indicate that your order has been processed.

Please note that mailing delays have increased significantly in recent months. Allow up to 21 days to receive your stickers when you are having them mailed to you.

We encourage you to choose the in-person pick-up option to avoid delays. Once processed, sticker orders are available at the main office of the Department of Public Works and Natural Resources, 40 Giddiah Hill Rd., Orleans, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-3:30 pm.

REPLACEMENT STICKERS

Replacement stickers are available for purchase in person at the Sticker Office only. If you get a new car, change plates, replace your windshield, etc., you must scrape off the existing sticker and bring it in with the new vehicle registration (if applicable) in order to be replaced. It is fine if the sticker is ripped, we need your old sticker to replace it with a new one.

FOR OVER SAND REPLACEMENT STICKERS – If you cannot produce the sticker that needs to be replaced, you will be required to purchase a new, full price sticker. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Replacement Costs:

  • Over Sand: $5.00
  • Beach $5.00
  • Transfer Station: $10.00
  • Recycling: $8.00

All stickers & hangtags are vehicle specific, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
