Update on Special Town Meeting warrant Article 14: Fund New Parking Program At Rock Harbor and Adopt New Non-Resident Fee. Based on the comments and questions the Select Board received at their public hearing on Oct. 12, the Board decided to not make any changes to the free parking at Rock Harbor for our summer visitors. The Board voted to amend the main motion for Article 14 by deleting the authorization to implement the new parking fees at Rock Harbor and will only seek approval of the funds necessary to cover the cost of the Town switching parking enforcement vendors next season.
