Fertilizer Home Rule Hearing
H874: An Act regulating the application of fertilizer used in the town of Orleans will be having a hybrid public hearing before the Joint Committee on Environment and Natural Resources on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 1:00 and the committee will accept written and oral testimony in-person (State House, Room A1) and virtually.
Persons seeking to provide oral testimony both virtually and in-person must pre-register by completing the form accessible via the following link: https://forms.office.com/g/NwYiJQCw5D
Please pre-register by Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 5:00. Once registered, you will receive an invitation to join the hearing one day prior if providing oral testimony virtually. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for oral testimony.
Written testimony may also be submitted to the Joint Committee on Environment and Natural Resources by email to: JointCommittee.Environment@malegislature.gov
Pre-registration through the above form is not required for written testimony. There is no formal deadline for written testimony, though a timely submission allows the Committee time to thoroughly review testimony.
