Related Boards and Committees
The Boards and Committees on the left are overseen by the Building Department and may provide additional information required for your specific project.

If you have a project for which you need to apply to one of the following:
- Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)
- Old King’s Highway Historic District Committee (OKH HDC)
- Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
- Demo Delay Bylaw Notice of Intent
You MUST contact the Building Department to confirm this and for a written REFERRAL before you apply to these Committees, AND/OR before you request an Abutter’s List from the Assessor’s Office.
Also, please ensure that you have at least applied to all the review boards necessary for your project, such Board of Health, Conservation Commission, Water Department, DPW, Planning (including Site Plan Review Committee), OKH, or ARC BEFORE applying to ZBA.
If you have any questions regarding which departments have jurisdiction over your project, please contact the Building Department.
Please contact the Building Department regarding which applications may be required for your proposed project BEFORE you request an Abutter’s List from the Assessor’s Office. Certified Abutter’s Lists have a 30-day expiration, and you will be charged for a new list.
